Zines Scores Two vs. Florida State

Despite a furious fourth quarter rally that tied the game after being down by five goals, the 3rd ranked Colorado State Rams dropped their third game in a row on Sunday afternoon to the visiting 23rd ranked Florida State Seminoles by a score of 13-12.  For the second game in a row, the Rams were victimized by a late game-winner as FSU’s Adam McCall finished a shot on the crease with just :51 remaining.  Freshman Collin Zines (San Clemente High School) scored two goals in the first quarter to help CSU get out in front.

Other OC alums playing key roles for the Rams this year include Chase Warner (Tesoro High School) and former El Toro teammates Ryan Lampman and Jake Johnson.
