Where Are They Now?

With about 200 players from San Diego, including more than 20 in Division 1, slated to play college ball in 2015, San Diego lacrosse fans will have more interest than ever in college lacrosse this spring.  Use the MaxLaxSD.com Where are They Now? page as your guide for the upcoming 2015 college lacrosse season.  This list was culled from a survey college rosters available on line, some of which have not been updated for 2015 yet.  We are constantly updating our information so if you think we missed somebody, email us at news@maxlaxSD.com and we will update our page right away.

By the numbers, La Costa Canyon leads the way with 22 alumni playing college lacrosse at all levels.  Not far behind are Torrey Pines, Westview, and Rancho Bernardo with 16, 13, and 10 alumni, respectively, playing college ball this year.

The most popular destinations?  At the D1 level, its Notre Dame with three San Diego alumni on the roster. Five San Diegans have found their way to D2 Colorado Mesa.  Carthage College in Kenosha, WI is a surprisingly popular D3 choice with the four San Diegans on their roster. Not so surprisingly, San Diego State is a popular MCLA Divsion 1 choice; nearly half their players are homegrown products.  CSU San Marcos and UCSD are popular MCLA Division 2 choices.
