Warner Leads Tesoro Over Aliso Niguel

523488_116520551813026_1395172471_n Chase Warner’s six goals were the difference in Tesoro’s 12-6 victory over Aliso Niguel Thursday night.The Tesoro offense was powered by Warner (6 goals, 1 assist), Sage Devault (4 assists), and Jake Douglas (2 goals, 3 assists, 3 takeaways). Alex Boyle, Liam Finn, and AJ Chiono (2 goals) also scored for the Titans. Jacob Clark had a big night, winning 13 of 17 faceoffs and scooping up 10 groundballs. Matt Adam led the defense with seven ground balls and seven takeaways.

The Titans and Wolverines both have 2-1 records following Thursday’s game. Tesoro will now prepare for a Tuesday night game at Santa Margarita. Aliso Niguel will get a good night’s sleep before taking on the El Dorado Hawks at Aliso Niguel High School tonight.
