Denver University senior midfielder Mackenzie Wallevand (Mater Dei ’16) was named to the All BIG EAST First Team. Wallevand is the Pioneers’ fourth leading goal scorer with 19 goals. She also has three assists. Wallevand is sixth in points for the Pioneers out of Denver’s midfield, tallying 22 on 19 goals and three assists in 14 games. Her 19 tallies are good for fourth in the Denver offense. Wallevand was team captain, First Team All County and All-American while at Mater Dei.
