U.S. Lacrosse Chapter To Hold Coaches Training Oct. 24

The Los Angeles chapter of U.S. Lacrosse has announced a fall coaches training session, which will take place Saturday, Oct. 24, at St. John Bosco High School.

More details, including how to register and apply for financial aid, will be announced on the chapter’s website. The training will, however, cover both boys and girls lacrosse.

The U.S. Lacrosse national web site has details on the organization’s three-level Coaching Education Program.

Additionally, the L.A. chapter announced the date for it’s annual constituents meeting:

Do you love the sport of lacrosse and want to help it grow? Please join us for our annual constituents meeting. This year we will build on past discussions by mapping out an action plan. The meeting will focus on ACTION. Look for more details soon on the chapter web site.

The constituents meeting will take place Sunday, Aug. 30, at Mira Costa High School from 9:30 a.m. to noon, followed by lunch. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP to chapter president Dan Mohler at lalaxpresident@gmail.com.
