Temecula Valley Edges Capo

Capo.jpgVisiting Temecula Valley scored seven second half goals today to edge Capo Valley Saturday, 11-10. The Cougars led 7-4 at halftime but let in seven goals in the second while scoring only three, to let the game slip away. Brad McCarville and Blake Berk each notched 2 goals and 2 assists to lead Capo with four points apiece. Parker Webb’s hat trick made him the leading goal scorer. Cameron Lopez (2 goals), Carter Bache (1 goal), and (1 assist) also tallied points for the Cougars. Jordan Wanger rejected 8 shots.

Temecula Valley (4-3) will host Fairview (Colo.) on Monday. Capo falls to 1-3, and they will play Dana Hills at home in a league match on Tuesday.
