Tanner Guarino, How to Identify Great Players

Host Fred Opie interviews Framingham, Massachusetts native, Tanner Guarino who played college lacrosse at University of Massachusetts Amherst. She served as a team captain her senior year helping the program when four Atlantic 10 Conference championships and and playing in four NCAA tournaments. She holds the UMass record for most games played. She is a Atlantic 10 all-tournament team selection. Guarino is the co-director of Goldstar Lacrosse club in the head lacrosse coach at Natick high school in Natick Massachusetts and a member of the Boston Storm women’s professional lacrosse team. She talks about the sports she grew up playing in Framingham, her college selection criteria, her required course for graduating from college, coaching, and the qualities of a great player.
