Last Year: 5-10 (3-3)
Playoff Finish: N/A

Looking to rebound from last year’s challenging season, the Lions hope to carry the success of their last six games into 2015.  The Lions ended 2014 with a 4-2 run to bounce back from a difficult stretch in the middle of their season.

Head Coach Mike Gvozden is very optimistic about the progress that his team has made this  fall, and the addition of talented freshman Alec Negri (Stevenson, CA).  Along with seniors Marcus Egeck (Mira Costa, CA), and Phil Hughes (Paul VI Catholic, VA) the Lions’ offensive unit looks ready to improve upon their 8.8 goals per game  from last season.  Senior defenseman Jonathon Gonzalez (Palos Verdes, CA) and Jack Dewolfe (Lincoln, OR) will hold down a defense being led by a new starting goalie in Paul Naimo (Mater Dei, CA).  Though LMU traditionally has one of the smaller rosters in the SLC, this well coached and hard-working unit hopes to paint their way into the SLC playoff picture in 2015.
