3. UCLA
Last Year: 7-7 (2-4)
Playoff Finish: N/A

With several nail-biting loses last season, UCLA was only a few goals away from earning a bid to the SLC playoffs.   The  Bruins will be young this season but they will strive to once again compete at the top of the SLC.

Always a very balanced and well rounded team, the 2015 Bruins will be led offensively by Kevin Rowen (Northwood, CA),  Sam Moran (Lake Forest, IL), Michael Ellsworth (Greenwich, CT), and Sam May (Jesuit, CA).  The defense will have to recover from graduation losses but sophomore goalie Nathaniel Liebes (Livingston, NJ) will lead a promising defensive unit with the help of Tom Berger (Walt Whitman, NY), Bryan Kift (Foothill, CA), and LSM Kevin Chu (Pacific Ridge, CA).  With the help of another strong recruiting class, head coach Jeff Bagley hopes to learn from last year’s mistakes and get his team back into the playoffs.
