Servite High School reports that dual sport athlete Gordon Livermore (wrestling and lacrosse) was honored by the Orange County Athletic Directors Association Monday night with a 2015 Athletes of Character Award. Livermore is a three-year varsity letter winner in wrestling and lacrosse. In addition to his lacrosse accomplishments, he helped the record-setting Friars wrestling team (ranked No. 1 in Orange County for 17 straight weeks) win back-to-back CIF Inland Division titles and it’s first ever CIF Team Dual championship team. Livermore placed in the Trinity League meet, the CIF Inland Division tournament, and Masters to qualify for the State wrestling meet. His extracurricular activities include playing in Servite’s Jazz and Concert Band and volunteering with Camp Recreation.
