Lafayette College picked up a second commitment from the Los Angeles area with a pledge from Palos Verdes junior . He joins Mira Costa midfielder Zane Crandall as local Lafayette commits from the class of 2016.

Both Sharp and Crandall play for Factory Elite and West Coast Starz, and they face each other twice a year in the Bay League.

Last season, Sharp recorded 22 ground balls and 12 take-aways as a sophomore longstick middie for the L.A. champion Sea Kings, who won 12 of their last 13 games to reach the US Lacrosse Southern Section title game before losing to Foothill.
