Registration is Open for the Renegade Girls House League

Join fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet!  The five-week House League will review fundamental skills and introduce defensive and offensive schemes.  Players will compete in small-sided games depending on their age levels and complete athletic and stick skill testing to monitor improvement over the six-week league.  Guaranteed improvement for those who attend all five sessions AND train stick work at minimum one additional session per week!

Players will compete in small-sided games depending on their age levels:

  • Grades 2-4 teams
  • Grades 5-6 teams
  • Grades 7-8 teams

Coaches include local high school coaches and high school players…the same players that stood in your shoes five or seven years ago!

  • Mouth guard required
  • Lacrosse sticks (available to borrow)
  • Goggles (available to borrow)
  • Cleats recommended, sneakers OK

US Lacrosse membership required for participation.

Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players!  Players are grouped by ability and age level to meet their respective developmental stage.  If you are an advanced player considering participation, I highly recommend House League as players age up and prepare for upcoming recreation and club lacrosse seasons!  Repetition is KEY at the youth level.

This training takes place on Sundays:  February 3, 10, 24; March 3, 10 (NO TRAINING on February 17 – President’s Day weekend) 1:00-2:30 PM at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School.  Only park in school designated spots in the school parking lots.
