Rancho Bernardo Youth Lacrosse Is Seeking Boys and Girls Coaches

Rancho Bernardo Youth Lacrosse is actively seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and industrious boys and girls coaches to be part of our youth program.

As one of the original youth programs in San Diego County we have a rich history of fielding competitive teams who play hard while representing themselves and our community with class. Our program consists of multiple youth boys and girls (K-8th) teams/players who live in our community and will attend Rancho Bernardo High School.

We have an excellent group of parent volunteers who support the program allowing the coaches to focus on the players. Simply put, our coaches just coach while the parents and board take care of all the back office tasks.

Our season begins in early February and finishes in mid-May. Practices are 2-3 times a week, depending on age/level. We offer completive stipends, gas gift cards, and coaching apparel.

If you’re looking for a competitive program that has a solid foundation and history RB Youth Lacrosse is the place for you. For more information please contact Matt Hunt (RB Youth Lacrosse Director) at [email protected] or 619-204-6970.
