Valley Center High School senior Jason Brewster has become one of the top defenders in the county while helping to the Jaguars to prominence in the San Diego County lacrosse community.

Brewster’s athletic talents were put on display in 2014 when he was named the Valley League Player of the Year as an attack man in 2014.  Yes, you read that correctly.  One of the top defensemen in the County led his team in points as an X attack man, and earned POY honors.   This season he is expected to move back to his natural position on defense to help him make the transition from high school to NCAA D1 Lacrosse at UMBC.
