Irvine High School senior midfielder Tucker Page has committed to play MCLA Division 1 lacrosse for the Sonoma State University Seawolves. Page is a four year starter and a two time captain for the Vaqueros. He led the team in goals and assists last year, ending the season with 71 points. Page plays club lacrosse for the oC Kings, OC Crush, and Madlax. Page says “I decided I wanted to make Sonoma my home for the next 4 years after visiting up there on a recruiting trip and falling in love with the campus as well as getting to know the coaches and players. The “family first” mentality was very appealing to me and I knew that Sonoma was where I belonged. They also have a legitimate chance to make it to the MCLA playoffs every year and win it all.”
The SeaWolves compete in the West Coast Lacrosse League. They made their way to the second round of the MCLA National Championship Tournament in 2013 and finished 2014 with an 8-7 record.
