OCLA Week 2

The weather was more cooperative this week as the Orange County Lacrosse Association wrapped up its second week of games.

U13 Boys: Best Coast Grizzly Bears 8, Wolfpack 1

An 8-1 loss to the Best Coast Grizzly Bears on Saturday evened the Wolfpack’s record at 1-1. The Wolfpack started strong with an early goal by Luke. Luke finished a quick shot from the crease to give his team a 1-0 lead in the first five minutes of the game.  That would be the final goal of the game though for the Wolfpack as the Bears’ defense went into lockdown mode and their offense came to life. The Bears’ defense repeatedly turned away determined efforts by the Wolfpack to gain possession and find the back of the net again.
