Third-ranked Oaks Christian ran out to a 6-0 lead against visiting Calabasas and cruised to a 20-7 Marmonte League victory that saw no fewer than a dozen Lions players mark a tally on the scoresheet.

Sophomore Presley Regier scored a team-high four goals and also added an assist for the Lions, and senior Mike Spaeth (2g, 4a) posted a team-high six points. Cade Rogers (3g, 1a) scored twice in the first quarter as the Lions built their lead.

Oaks Christian (8-0) led 9-0 before Calabasas found the net, and the Lions had pushed their lead to 12-3 by halftime.

Ronnie Redell, Noah Lindeman and Julian Stokes each scored two goals for Oaks, and Carson Campbell, Nate Lenthall, Josh Harrison and Casey Kelly each scored one. Luke Hermelee and Hayden Krystyniak each recorded an assist.

Calabasas dropped to 3-6 with the loss.
