Long Beach Youth Lacrosse is offering a series of free clinics for boys and girls beginning players in the Long Beach and surrounding areas.

In partnership with Beach Cities Youth Lacrosse, the clinics’ goal is to put sticks in the hands of new players in April with the opportunity to join a recreational league in May.

All equipment will be provided for the two-hour sessions. The schedule and locations are as follows:

Sunday, April 10
MacArthur Park

1321 Anaheim St., Long Beach
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sunday, April 17
ML King Park

1910 Lemon Ave., Long Beach
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sunday, April 24
Recreation Park

4900 E 7th St.
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
