After playing with a 30-second shot clock during the L.A. Box Lacrosse League season in the fall, Leverage coach Chris Jewett and L.A. Cobras coach Brett Tietjen decided to schedule a full-field scrimmage for their teams using a 60-second shot clock.
“It really sped up the pace of the game,” Jewett said. “It let athletes be athletes, and the transition game was fantastic.”
