Tesoro High School alum Knute Kraus was picked up by the Denver Outlaws after entering his name into the Major League Lacrosse Undrafted College Player Pool. Kraus told the Delmarva Times “It is an honor, definitely, to play in the league, especially with the talent there is. I mean, there is only eight teams, so there are good lacrosse players and not a bunch of places for everyone to go, so I am definitely honored and very excited about it.”
The former Salisbury University Captain and All-American joins former Foothill Knight Erik Adamson (Denver University) and Former Corona del Mar Sea King Noah Molnar (Lehigh University) on the Outlaws. In addition to the three former OC high school players, Johnny Rodriguez, who coaches at Trabuco Hills and with Buku Lacrosse Club, and Jeremy Sieverts, who coaches at Corona del Mar High School, also play for the Outlaws.
