Last season Mitch Kingsley lead the JSerra Catholic High School Lions to the Southern Division Finals. This year Kingsley is projected to start for a NCAA Division 1 Top 20 team. Laxmagazine.com reports that Kingsley is in the thick of a heated competition at No. 17 Hofstra University for two open attack spots. Kingsley is listed as a favorite to secure one of the two starting spots. Kingsley was a four year varsity starter in high school; first at Santa Margarita High School and then for three years at JSerra. He finished his high school career as an All County and All American attackman.
Kingsley is joined at Hofstra by long time club and high school teammate Brendan Lynch, and is blazing a trail for two other former teammates, JSerra senior James Yanes and Trinity-Pawling senior Chazz Dotson who are slated to join the Pride in the fall.
Keep up the good work Mitch!
