Kingsley Leads JSerra Past El Toro

With his graduation day rapidly approaching, Mitch Kingsley left JSerra fans with a little something to remember him by Tuesday, a dominating seven point (4 goals, 3 assists) performance against El Toro. To make his night even more impressive, Kingsley inflicted all of his damage in the first three quarters of a 15-5 JSerra victory. Feeling confident with a 13-3 lead after three quarters, Kyle Harrison rested many of his starters for the fourth quarter. Following behind Kingsley in the JSerra scoring parade were Jake Schleppy (3 goals), Brendan Lynch (2 goals), Matt Karzak (2 goals), James Yanes (1g, 1a), Gage Manning (1 goal), Logan Olmsted (1 goal), and Vincent Cifarelli (1 goal).

Morey Leavitt (2 goals), Danny Fischer (2 goals), Clay Gilmour (1 goal, 1 assist), Aaron Ball (2 assists), and Jason Hastings (1 assist) scored for the Chargers.

The Lions move on to the next round and will host St. Margaret’s Thursday night in a clash of two former Trinity League rivals.
