, an attacker for the Victory Select club team, is the of the Week sponsored by Athletes Choice. Only in the seventh grade, Nowland has a strong work ethic and heavy dedication to lacrosse. She has been working out at Athlete’s Choice since the facility opened.

“The kid works crazy hard,” said AC’s via text message. “She’s in seventh grade and deadlifted over 200 pounds last week.”

Nowland’s lacrosse coach has known the new Workhorse of the Week for about two years, and describes her personality as a strong one, especially for a young teenager.

“Jenna is a kind girl and wants to lead and be friends with all the girls on the team,” Miles said.

Not only is she a dedicated in the weight room, but on the field as well, according to Miles.

“Jenna is a very serious player and she strives to improves every game and every practice,” he added. “She is very receptive to coaching and wants instruction.”
