Irvine Captains Announced

Irvine High School has announced their captains for the 2015 season.

: As a senior midfielder, this will be Tucker’s fourth year as a starter and a third year as a captain for the Vaqueros. Tucker led the team in points in the 2014 season and will provide valuable experience and leadership to the team this year. Tucker has committed to play MCLA Division 1 lacrosse for the Sonoma State University Seawolves next season.

: As senior attackman, this will be Wesley’s third year as a captain. Wesley led the team in goals in the 2012 & 2013 seasons and unfortunately missed the 2014 season due to an injury. Wesley will bring his high-powered offensive skills and strong leadership to the team this year, and is looking forward to playing at the college level next year.

: As a junior, Ben breaks into lacrosse for the first time this year. Ben brings solid athletic skills, a very strong work ethic from his football background and leadership that has earned him a spot as captain on this year’s team.
