Huntington Beach Seeks JV Coaches

The Huntington Beach High School lacrosse program continues its tradition of excellence under Head Varsity Coach Brian Dunn. The HBHS Lacrosse program is currently seeking committed coaches who will be critical to continuing our mission to grow our athletes to be leaders in the community as well as leaders on the field.
We will select individuals whose coaching philosophy and style are aligned with our focus on personal growth for our student-athletes. Ideal candidates possess lacrosse coaching experience; preferably having previously coached at the high school level and/or played at the college level and are motivated to support our continued growth.
Current open positions include: JV Head Coach and JV assistant
Huntington Beach High School has set the pace for local lacrosse programs with some of Orange County’s finest athletic facilities including a newly added turf field and stadium training and games. The program also has access to a state of the art weight room. The coaches involved in our program gain access to numerous additional opportunities for income and are well respected in our community and supported by an established fundraising structure as well as highly engaged parents.
Coaches are expected to be actively involved in the program starting mid January and running through the first weeks of May. In the past, nightly 2 hour-long spring practices have been held between 5-9pm with the flexibility to fit practices into your schedule.
Coaches in the HBHS Lacrosse program are well compensated for their time and commitment to the program.
