Host Fred Opie interviews coaches and players at this years final four in Foxboro, Massachusetts about what the best teams and players did to get better in 2017. The show includes interviews with Penn State and Boston College Head coaches Missy Doherty and Acacia Walker, players Lucy Haubold (Penn State), Trevor Baptiste (University of ), Johnny Kelly (Ohio State), Dylan Maltz (), and Isiah Davis-Allen (). The conversation delve into what it takes to make it to the final four–putting in the work, eating and drinking clean, weight training and being selfless. We also learn how Trevor Baptiste earned a scholarship to the University of in the spring of his senior year in high school. Dylan Maltz talks about his family’s lacrosse championship and Isiah-Davis Allen talk about leadership and the culture Maryland Coach John Tillman has credited Since coming to College Park. Ohio State midfielder Johnny Kelly talks about buy-in to Coach Nick Myers expectation for his players and the contribution of scout team players success of the team this year. Fred tried do interviews with University of Maryland women’s players and coaches but they were too busy celebrating another championship. Boston College players skedaddled quickly from the locker and Fred just missed out on interviewing them.
