Brad Reppert, director of the Orange County Golden Eagles and head lacrosse coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, emphasizes the importance and benefits of the Golden Eagles practice schedule. The Golden Eagles emphasize the importance of building the fundamentals, work ethic, and team work essential to excel. The Golden Eagles are in their 3rd OCLA rec season and have shown tremendous growth. Much of the growth is due to the talented coaching staff which includes former NCAA DI and DIII players Matt White, Reggie Scales, and Kyle McCombe. Reppert says that his coaching staff is carefully selected based on leadership qualities, previous playing/coaching experience, and their passion and love for the game. The goal of the the Golden Eagles coaching staff is to provide young players with a foundation for becoming a student athlete that succeeds on and off the field.
