The girls’ lacrosse Player of the Week, Lorien Bandhauer, plays attack on the Foothill Knights Varsity Girls Lacrosse Team. She started playing lacrosse when she was 9 years old, in 5th grade.
Lorien is a straight-A student with a 4.85 cumulative GPA, and is an AP Scholar with Honors. Lorien is interested in chemical engineering and has received early acceptance from both USC and UC Berkeley.
On the lacrosse fields this past week, Lorien scored 6 goals and 4 assists in 3 games at the Rose Bowl Jamboree including a 3 goal and 2 assist game against Los Alamitos to earn POTW honors. Foothill’s Head Coach, Kaylee Navarrete describes Lorien as a “patient and determined player that is always looking for the open pass”.
