Brendan Finnerty is taking over the head coaching reins at Beckman High School. The former Trabuco Hills head coach assumes the job following the departure of Seth Mahler who led the Patriots to a 29-9 record over the past two years.

“Beckman High School is excited to have Brendan Finnerty as our head boys lacrosse coach,” said Beckman Athletic Director Lance Neal. “Our community knows Coach Finnerty through his work with several of our players in club lacrosse.”

Finnerty has been at Trabuco Hills the past three years and guided the Mustangs to a 19-32 mark.

Finnerty also will oversee the Pioneer feeder program.
