Coach Glen Miles announced that FCA SoCal will be hosting middle school lacrosse clinics every Sunday from 12:30 to 2:30 at San Clemente High School. The clinics are open to all boys in Grades 6 through 8 and will run April 15 through May 20.
Coach Miles, a 3-time All American at the United States Naval Academy, is the head coach at San Clemente High School. The clinics will be geared towards skill development and preparing players for the more intense competition that awaits in the summer tournament season. The clinics will also serve as evaluations for the FCA summer tournament teams.
Coach Miles is looking forward with great enthusiasm to working with the middle school players. Coach Miles said “We are very excited to get started with the FCA Middle School Clinics. I am really looking forward to getting all of the middle school talent from Orange County on 1 field at the same time to see how good they can really be and see what they can do. This is going to be a great opportunity to learn and train in the fundamentals from both an individual and team perspective. I have a great staff to help me for this clinic. This will probably be the highest paced training session that these boys have experienced to this point in their lacrosse careers. It’s going to be fun!”
