Renegade Winter Skills Program

Train with 2x USA gold-medalist Coach Holly R and fellow STUD lacrosse coaches in a 6-week Renegade Skills Program.

The program will include skills assessments, take-home routines, MAXIMUM repetitions, MUSIC, and lots of learning!  Players are welcome to register for more than one Skills Program site to increase their weekly training!

Gear:

Mouth guard required

Lacrosse sticks (available to borrow) (To buy – Recommended STX Crux 300, 400, 500 – HERE)

Goggles (available to borrow) (To buy – Recommended HERE)

Cleats recommended, sneakers OK

US Lacrosse membership required for participation.  Obtain membership HERE.

Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players!  Players are grouped by experience and age level. 

2. Sunday Scramble Games (6 weeks) – Train with fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet!  Games will be small-sided (5v5, 6v6 7v7) to maximize touches, which maximizes opportunities to learn, which increases speed of improvement!  Show-up, make teams (play with different team combinations each week to make friends!) and compete!  Coaches will be walking the field to teach in the moment!  We will become Tough, Tenacious, and Thirsty lacrosse players! 

Players will compete in games depending on their experience and grade levels:

~Grades 2-4 teams 

~Grades 5-6 teams 

~Grades 7-8 teams 

Coaches include local high school coaches and high school players…the same players that stood in your shoes five or seven years ago!

Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players!  Players are grouped by experience and age level.  I highly recommend Sunday Scramble for advanced players as they age up and prepare for upcoming spring lacrosse seasons!  You’ll improve your game by trying new skills in game situations without any risk of losing playing time.  For youth, repetition and game experience is KEY.
