DH Lax Elite was edged by Florida 10-9, ending their hopes for a national championship. Down 10-8 with two and a half minutes left in the game, the local lads never gave up and staged a comeback attempt that fell short. Teddy Fenton scored on a quick finish of a Logan Olmsted feed, with 2:25 to trims Florida’s lead to 10-9. DH continued to fight and had the ball in the attacking end as time ran out but could not score.
