Capo.jpgThe Capistrano Valley Girls rallied following an early deficit to beat Mater Dei. Capo is currently ranked number 12 nationally in Laxpower. Mater Dei took an early lead scoring the first two goals of the game. Capo then rallied to take a two goal lead at half time. The Capo girls managed to extend that lead to 4 goals midway through the second half. Mater Dei posted a late rally of their own, finally falling 11-9. Riley Eggeman led the way scoring 5 for the Cougars. Alex Yan was dazzling between the pipes with 11 saves in the game. Capo will face Laguna Hills on Tuesday (4/1).
