A new coaches poll was released on Monday and the selection committee conducted another mock survey on Wednesday.  Based on the results that were available at the time, the coaches and the selection committee are in unison on which 16 teams will make the playoffs.  With the exception of the No. 13 and No. 14 seed, the coaches and selection committee also agree on the order in which the teams will be seeded.

Much can change in the final three days of the season.  Potential ranking-wreckers like Dana Hills vs. El Toro, Dana Hills vs. Aliso Niguel, Northwood vs. Beckman, Servite vs JSerra, and Mater Dei vs Tesoro will be played between today and Saturday.  Nevertheless, we took a sneak peek and prepared a mock playoff lineup.    Actual seedings will not be determined until the committee and the coaches repeat the process for real on April 30.   Remember this is preliminary. Nothing is final until Saturday.

If the playoffs were to start today, the seedings would look like this.

You can look at the polls points and committee points columns if you want to investigate.
