The Beach Boys, stacked with talent from Poway High School and the Palomar League, finished pool play in the High School Elite Division at the Pacific Lacrosse Festival with a 3-0 record. They will play Kings LC, at noon at Rancho Bernardo with a trip to the championship game on line. The Kings are comprised mainly of players from Orange County powerhouse, Corona del Mar High School.   Factory Elite (3-0) and the L.A. Mavs (2-1) will battle for L.A. bragging rights in the other semi-final.

There will also be some great lacrosse played in the consolation bracket, which will have a decidedly Orange County flavor.   Beckman High School based Wild Horse (1-2) plays the south OC-centric California Ducks (0-3) in one of the consolation semi-finals, and Inland Empire-based 395 Starz (1-2) meets Angel City Hounds (0-3), with many of next year’s Servite Friars,  in the other consolation semi-final.
