All-American Dylan Donahue, What’s A Tweener?

Host Fred Opie talks with Syracuse All American Lacrosse player Dylan Donahue. Donahue is what Opie calls a classic tweener – someone who excels despite obvious deficiencies – in Dylan’s case he was a 5’8’’ 145 pound high school senior. Donahue talks about growing up in Camillus, in a family and extended family of great lacrosse players in Camillus, New York, his decision to attend Syracuse University, his strategy for getting bigger and better, and his student athlete experience. Donahue talks about what it was like to play for his father, Syracuse University Assistant Lacrosse Coach Kevin Donahue and growing up in family of teachers.
