Aliso Niguel Rolls over Capo

Aliso niguelAdd the Capistrano Valley High School Cougars to the long list of teams that cannot find an answer for Aliso Niguel’s Jonah Rinaldi. Rinaldi’s points (7 goals, 2 assists) provided more than enough cushion for the Wolverines as they continued their domination of the Sea View League with a 17-5 win over Capo. The Wolverines led 9-2 at the half and 15-3 after three quarters before slowing it down in the fourth and walking away with the win. James Murphy finished the game with 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist) for the Wolverines. Also scoring for the Wolverines were Stevie Barron, who celebrated his signing with Notre Dame de Namur with 2 goals, Connor Reed (1 goal), Jeremy Traub (1 goal), Morgan Seymour (1 assist), Hayden Wollman (2 goals), and Jake Lombardo (1 goal). Austin Stahl turned away 5 Capo shots.

Blake Berk led Capo with 2 goals and 1 assist. Cameron Lopez, Parker Webb, and Sam Slobom rounded out the Capo scoring with a goal apiece.  Jordan Wanger had 8 saves in a busy night between the pipes.
