The Aces celebrate their championship win.

The OC claimed the Championship in the U-11 division after going undefeated at the tournament held at OC Great Park in Irvine this past weekend.

The Aces ascended to the top of the U-11 divisional standings after a dominating first day of play which featured an 8-3 win over the Orange and a 13-1 victory over . With a 2-0 record and a +17 goal differential, the Aces secured the No. 1 seed heading into playoffs.

In the opening round of playoffs, the aces were able to handle Silver 12-3. The Aces then turned around to face the LA Mavs Orange in the semifinals. This rematch of the opening game produced a closer result.  However, the Aces prevailed again, this time by a final score of 4-3. In a battle of the last remaining unbeaten teams, the Aces defeated Empire Lacrosse 8-5 to claim the Tribz U-11 Divisional Championship.

, head coach of the Aces and owner of Athletes Choice Training Facility in Rancho Santa Margarita, credits his team success to a “A high octane offense and shut-down defense.”

The numbers serve as testament to Tintle’s statement. In five games played, the Aces scored 45 goals while only allowing 15, leaving them with a +30 goal differential on the weekend.

The Aces Lacrosse youth team is comprised of Graduating players 2024/2025. The team is coached by Nick Tintle, owner of the Athletes Choice Training Facility in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The team plays for and trains at Athletes Choice.
