LM’s Matt DaSilva asked Bucknell’s Mike Schiappa and Navy’s Kelsey O’Brien — who had 4.0 GPAs during the spring 2015 semester studying biomedical and mechanical engineering, respectively — how they pull it off. 18-hour days are the norm for these two student athletes who mix morning workouts and afternoon practices with courses like fluid dynamics and material engineering.
